The TK mutant frequencies for each type of mutation were calculated by multiplying the mean of mutant frequency at 0 ng/mL (solvent control) and 200 ng/mL MMC taken from Fig. 2b by the ratio of each type of mutation described in Table 2. For non-LOH mutants, single base pair substitutions and frameshifts at CpG sites, tandem base pair substitutions at GpG sites, and all the other point mutations are shown separately.
