Examples of typical micronucleated cells in the MWNT-7-treated group. The prepared slide specimens were stained with a mixture of acridine orange (AO, 500 µg/ mL) -4′, 6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI, 10 µg/ mL). The specimens were observed under a fluorescent microscope at 400× magnification with U-excitation (ultraviolet ray excitation, wave length: 330–385 nm). Micronucleated (MN) cells are shown by arrows identified as “MN.”
