Mutation-distribution maps were created using the cBioPortal mutation mapper (http://www.cbioportal.org/mutation_mapper). Black dots indicate truncating mutations (nonsense and frameshift mutations). Missense mutations were prevalent in all three groups. Some mutation assemblies, including R175H/G and R273C/H/P, were observed in 5-10 cases in each group.
