Colony-formation by HeLa cells treated with lactec (Ctrl.) and 1- to 8-fold diluted A 5-min PAL or B 10-min PAL. The pH of the solutions was adjusted with 20 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.1) and then the PALs were treated with catalase.
