The inhibitory effects of the isolated compounds (1–7) against heat shock promoter activity using a luciferase assay system with pGL105/C3H cells. KRIBB11 was used for positive control. The percentages of luciferase activities and cell viabilities were described as means ± SD (n = 3) from one of the three independent experiments. Statistical significance was analyzed using the Dunnett’s test (*P < 0.01, #P < 0.01 compared with each control group)
