Samples heterozygous for rs7164030 exhibit significantly greater AEI than samples homozygous for rs7164030 (ANOVA p=0.012), consistent with the expectation that AEI is observed in samples heterozygous for the functional allele. Samples homozygous for either DRE allele are not expected to exhibit AEI
