Generation of PRDX1 conditional mutant cells. A Schematic representation of the PRDX1 conditional mutant of chicken DT40 cells. ggdPRDX1 cDNA was obtained by reverse transcription-PCR using mRNA from DT40 cells. DT40 wild-type cells were transfected with a plasmid expressing FLAG-tagged ggdPRDX1 ggdPRDX1 cDNA by the tet-off promoter followed by disruption of genomic PRDX1 gene.
